What is your question or comment? hello, my open office got updated yesterday ( i think) and now its being weird when it comes to saving. whatever format i try and save in, the icon is coming up as one of them little icons that come up normally when dont have the program to support it!! when i try sending them to people they do not work!! when i try and save in a word format .doc is not appearing in the title anymore .can any1 think of anything i can do?????

Check that the Automatic extension for file name is activated in the Save as dialog.

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.
