Ok I can almost accept that there are a few extra files to download and that you need to register for them

Sure Its Free Software NO BIG DEAL

BUT WTF

YOU make Java
YOU make OpenOfice

YOU SHOULD KNOW IF YOU DEPRECATE A FILE THAT IS REQUIRED THEN MAKE IS GOING TO DIE


HOW FRIKEN INSANE IS IT THAT I HAVE TO WEB SEARCH FOR A FILE
THAT YOU NO LONGER HAVE FOR DOWNLOAD
SO I CAN SETUP SOFTWARE THAT YOU MAKE

I HAVE TO FIND THAT FILE ON SOME IDIOTS OPEN SERVER SOMEPLACE INSTEAD OF GETTING IT FROM YOU?

tzupdater-1.3.0-2007h.zip

THAT FILE IS REQUIRED BUT NOT AVAILABLE

The MAKE FILE YOU WROTE is looking for a MD5 Check of a File that you cant get anyplace.

Dont even think about telling me to download 1.3.3k (the only version available) BECAUSE IT DONT WORK .... MD5

I had to get the foken thing off some russian ftp site that showed up in a Yahoo Search.

Sun Makes Java
Sun Makes Open Office

I understand about open source and all the headaches

But when OpenOffice Install Requires a File that the company develops

And they decide to delete that file off their server


Are you saying it is wrong for me to complain....?

This user-to-user-forum has been established in October 2007 because the independent oooforum.org was maintained badly. Most of the volunteers who keep this software up and running are unrelated to Sun. Sun provides the server. That's all.
