Hi,
when writing SQL-code in Calc my keyboard produces a leaning double quote which is not accepted as double quote when I copy it into Base and I have the same problem with different typefaces. Therefore I have copied/pasted a double quote from a document produced outside Open Office which is accepted but this method is not very convinient as I have to copy/paste every time I use a double quote. The copied typeface is Times New Roman PSMT but I can´t find the PSMT option in the typeface table. How do I solve this problem?

I do not think this is a typeface problem but an autocorrect problem. OOo converts your double quotes to nicer ones, which do not work for your SQL query. You can switch off this feature in the options menu - Autocorrect Options (or similar, I do not have an english version here).
When you copy and paste text this autocorrection does not work, therefore your double quotes aren't affected. But this has nothing to do with your typeface.

The nicer quotes are known as "curly" or "printer's" quotes. Use the Forum search utility (top right of Forum screen) to search for curly quotes for more information.
