Assign Template extension

I have downloaded this extension and it now seems to work sort of. That is when I click it, it opens a dialog box to pick an extension from a folder called templates. However that folder is empty. I can move around some but have a very hard time finding were the templates I have are stored. Is there a way to either move templates I have into the file this extension is pointing at or change where it is pointing.

I am running OO 2.3 on a Windows XP machine.

I don't use that extension but what about Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org > Paths? There's a path assigned for Templates, you could try changing it in there.
