[Solved] How do you change the default formats?

Hi, I'm using Open Office.org 2.3 on Windows XP service pack 2 and I was wondering if there is any way I can change the default formats that Open Office.org saves files in?

Use the menu Tools >Options >Load/Save >General : Default file format.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.12 on Linux
