office professional 2003

Welcome beginner. Please answer all of the questions below which may provide information necessary to answer your question.

I just installed office professional 2003 and am having terrible problems with it. It won't read my excel documents. How do I get it to do that? Also, now when I go to word, letters/labels, all my contact information is gone. Exactly where did that go?? PLEASE HELP!!!!

This a forum for users of OpenOffice.org, a free office software suite. Are you using OpenOffice? You can check using the application menu: Help > About.

If you are using OpenOffice, you have not explained your situation clearly. If you aren't using OpenOffice, then there's probably not a lot we can do to help.

What happens when you try? Are they .xlsx documents produced by Office 2007? If so, you can use OpenOffice.org methods to open .xlsx files. If not, then you can just download and install OpenOffice.org anyway. :)
