[Solved] Notes and Slides

Post by wildgrace »

Hello:

I have somehow managed to take the slide off my Totes tab. (When I check under tools it says to print the drawings.) However, when I look at the Notes tab I do not see the slide -- only the notes below. Anyone know how to return the slide to the Notes tab? I know normally the slide is on the top section of the Notes tab and the notes are in the bottom.

Thanks.

I guess you have to reapply the slide master (View > Task Pane), select the section Layouts and click on the standard layout.

There is only the one layout (thanks for the picture it allowed me to ensure I was in the right place), and it is selected.

I have done a printscreen of the project. I am in the Notes Tab, the first slide is selected, the Layout option with the slide picture is selected. However, I am missing the actual slide picture. Any other ideas? All appreciated.

I tried the instructions from squenson and at first it did not work. So I clicked "edit" "select all" and then followed squenson's instructions and clicked on the master slide on the right. This brought it all back. Hope it works for you. Thanks for the tip.

Tried gone2ocean's suggestion. Still missing the slide picture on the Notes tab. I'm sure it's just of matter of undoing something I did :)

I don't know what I did wrong. But, I fixed it by copying the presentation, pasting it into a new one, and them clicking on the template layout. Thanks for the responses.
