Transparent background in chart view

Post by Manic »

If you select "chart area object properties" in "edit chart view" and set "area fill" to "none" chart background is still white, not transparent, so it is difficult to work if you have while text and numbers. Can this be fixed so background is transparent even in chart view? :geek:

OIC, the chart area is transparent in the final view, but not when the chart application is active--then the chart background is always white. Do I understand you correctly?

As far as I can see, this has not been reported. I would encourage you to do that; just ask if you need help.

Yes, it is white when fill option is on "None". If you put it on "Color" and Set "Black", background is normally black.
But that is not good, because "None" should give "Transparent" to see background. Otherwise it is difficult to manipulate if your letters and numbers are white, and if I set some color in Chart View then I have to remove it every time I exit chart, and set it again to modify it.

I will. Thanks.
