Hi - I was planning to install OpenOffice on a Windows 98SE computer. I was wondering if it was possible to install the bulk of Open Office onto a partition other than the system (boot) volume. I only have 700 mb available on the system volume C: but have plenty of space on the other partitions. If it can be installed on a separate partition, how much space does the installation still take up on the system volume?
Thanks,
Roy

Re: Installing OpenOffice on Partition Other than System Volume
If you select the custom install, you can specify another destination IIRC. Then, the OOo user(s) profile(s) may be installed on the system volume if Windows accounts folders are here. Else, it should not take much place on the system volume.
