[Solved] Default to Web Layout?

Is there a way to default Writer to go to Web Layout instead of the page layout? I can't seem to find a way and It's just a mild annoyance.

The layout is saved as part of the document, so you can save a template that's set to web layout. If you make that template the default template, then web layout will be the default view for a new text document.
