[Solved] OpenOffice stopped working suddenly

I installed openoffice about 10 days ago. It ran fine for 7 days, but now it will not open.
Any suggestions?

Are you using Windows?
Do you mean the application will not start at all, or that you have a file that will not open?

using windows xp.
the entire application will not open.

Well you could spend a bunch of time trying to figure out what got hosed, or what changed with the computer..but I can tell you from experience ( cause I install a lot for testing purposes ) that if you just re-install the software it will keep all of your costom settings - extensions and the like. Is most likely the fastest way to get back working.
I have used OO.o on XP now for about 3 years and have seen this only one time - but like I say I install a lot of different software, very often.
