Printing Avery 8160 Labels

I am unable to print any documents that are created with the template Avery 8160 labels in OO Writer. When I print, writer acts like the document is printing: print status bar appears and disappears without any message, document enters and leaves the print queue without any message (in the queue pages are N/A and size is 1.17kb). However, nothing happens on the printer end.

I am able to printer other OO Writer documents fine. I am able to print from other Apps fine.

I have tried all the work arounds I know: tried exporting to pdf, tried printing from webpage preview. Both result in documents where the text is not aligned properly.

OS: Vista
Printer: HP PSC 2175 connected via USB
OO version: 3.1
Template attempting to print from: Avery 8160 (1" x 2 5/8" labels)

2 weeks ago, I had no issue printing these labels. I have no idea what I messed up on my computer since then.
