frames

I want to insert a picture into a frame and have the pic locked in to were it cannot be moved out or cover up the border. It can be done in Quatro Pro but i do not like Quatro Pro. Can any one help me?

Frames contain text paragraphs. Just set the image to Anchor > As character and the frame will treat it as part of the text contained in the frame.

Alternatively, use the image as the background for the frame.
