Hello,
I upgraded to OO 2.3.1, but my quick starter is not running. How can I make it run with the Windows start-up?
Also, I have noticed that the spell checker needs some days to begin working?!

Quickstarter: go to the menu Tools>Options>OOo>Memory and check the Load at startup entry at bottom.

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE Faye) and 24.8 portable on Windows 11.
