"save as" click is inactive, sometimes

Please understand that when you're talking about computers, many many many many things can influence how programs run (or don't run). That means we need specific details.

Please read the Survival Guide (in my signature line below, you'll find a link to it) and provide the required details, then please also describe as well as you can the details of what you're seeing. Is the Save As button enabled? Do you see any "not responding" message in the window's title bar when you try the Save As button? Do you try the button more than once? I can't ask any further questions without knowing your operating system.
