Auto Summarize Tool like MS Word

Is there a similar feature in OO to the Auto Summarize tool in MS Word? If so where do I find it?

Its not present in OpenOffice. Maybe someone will write an extension for it, but I haven't come across one yet. See Tools, Extension Manager for what is available at the Extension Repository

I found the Language Tool which is a Grammar Checker.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that feature of MS Office--What does it do? Is it similar to Writer's File > Send > Outline / Auto Abstract?

I have never noticed that before. Is it new to Oo 3.0? It is similar to Word's Auto Summarize feature, but rather less intelligent as it just copies selected paragraphs (the first) from each outline level.
