[Solved] PDF with bookmarks in Table of Contents
I've got a document that I can generate a table of contents for. When exporting to PDF, my table of contents is not appearing as bookmarks. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Welcome to the forum. Here are two files where the hyperlinks work. Please make a similar file for testing and if your problem persists, upload it here with a screenshot of your export to PDF settings - the first tab of that dialog box is sufficient. You should tick PDF/A-1a and Bookmarks on the right.

[Solved] No links in the Table of Contents
If this solved your problem please go to your first post use the Edit ✏️ button and add [Solved] to the start of the Subject field. Select the green checkmark icon at the same time.
