Hello,
Using W11 with right mouse button how can I insert "create new writer document"?

Why bother? If you attach AOO to the task bar, you only have to click there once to open it, then you click New document, ready. If you right-click, then select New Writer document, you have to double-click the new document to open Writer with it. More work, and then I'm not even talking about your desktop view getting polluted by those documents.
