Save text template in Insert DB columns

Hi!
I've created a write template where I will show information about selected/searched photos in base.

I'm trying to save a preselected text string (blue) and selected paragraph format in the dialog Insert Database Columns. Just because that then I don't have to paste the hidden (blue) text in the dialog each time.

I've succeeded to save the "dialog settings" in a template earlier. I think I did it this way; I did a dB column insert in the template and save it, deleted the inserted text and saved it again. Next time I used the template I just had drag the search to a insert point (green) and then to click OK in the dialog.

Now I'm trying to do this again, but the "dialog setting" wont be saved within the template. Not sure If I miss some step(s), if it's not possible in later OOO versions or do I just have been lucky earlier??

Is there anyone that know how to do this or know if this should not be possible to do?

I forgot the image, I have to do it smaller so it will be there in a couple of minutes.

I'm trying to save a preselected text string (blue) and selected paragraph format in the dialog Insert Database Columns.

Try to use Writer's AutoText feature in that dialog. AutoText can save and then enter text and formatting. Read about AutoText in Help → Index or in User Guides (PDF) or searching for topics about it in the Writer Forum.

I've tried the Auto Text proposal, but it seems to not work i context to the dialog.

Do you know why it sometimes is possible to save the dialog content and sometimes not??
