Turn on /View /Non printing characters (for accurate cursor positioning) Place cursor as last character in last cell of the table and press Alt Enter and your cursor will jump below the table.

Next, I suppose you will ask us about inserting a paragraph before the table and after the previous sheet. As with many questions, you can quickly answer this yourself using Help. Just press F1 and immediately see the answer with OpenOffice Writer → Index → Search term → inserting;paragraphs before/after tables. Using Help will be faster than creating new topics for simple questions and then waiting for someone to answer them for you.
