Hi Everyone, I'm a bit awkward in stuff like these and it is my first time asking for help in the Open Office Calc.
I have been using this tool ever since I was employed in the bank I'm working at and I think that I need help to level up in my understanding on how to use this as best that I could. My current dillema may seem simple to most but it is very tricky for me.

I just need to know what formula to use in getting a Numerical Value from 2 columns(columns A & B, from row 3 to 270) in the same sheet as it will complete the Formula(column C & D) for it to correspond to the specific numerical value from the aforementioned columns within the amount range listed.

I will attach the file below. Please help me, it would really mean a lot to me :)
