I see the err509 all across his spreadsheet , I'm having the same problem .
you say you can't see it , i'm trying to suss out how to post a screenshot here .

There is no need to post a screenshot - it won't tell us anything except that it confirms your story.
It's better to upload a sample file or to copy/paste a formula into your next post that gives that error.
