Firstly - thank you to David for your quick response and help, a great start to this forum.
I recently purchased a Wacom One Graphics Tablet and installed, I have 2 projects that need graphics manipulation. OO crashed immediately afterwards. I looked online generally and then at the OO Forum there are issues but going back to at least 2020. I contacted Wacom Support and have been in VERY regular contact since. Having searched the forum I have found that others have had the same problem. Now Wacom want a link to the threads that discuss this. I am reluctant to give the link and wondered if there is a 'rule', 'protocol' or other such that I can give as excuse not to send them a link without the usual brush off by Wacom?

This section of the forum is really meant for a very different kind of tablet, but anyway. In Re: Graphics Tablets with Open Office you can find some solid advice for (not) using graphic tablets with OpenOffice, that is, use dedicated software and import the result in Draw.

Thank you for your reply. My question is not relating to using a Graphics Tablet in OpenOffice - I use paint.net and am learning GIMP for that. My problem is in 2 parts. Firstly if I install the Wacom One I cannot use OpenOffice at all - it crashes immediately. Is there a solution known by any forum user? Secondly Wacom are wanting to review the forum regarding their products, which I am not sure should happen. I need a solution from somewhere and don't want to upset either party.

This is a public forum; there is no reason why Wacom staff, or anyone for that matter, shouldn't be able to visit and read.
