Re: Instalation problem
Hi and welcome to the forum!
Have you tried to remove 4.1.14 first?
Any soffice.bin process still running in the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)?
Note: LibreOffice is much more actively developed, you may find it much better. Almost the same user interface. See [Tutorial] Considering a Switch from OpenOffice to LibreOffice? Some Useful Information.
Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the 🖉 button if your issue has been fixed.

Re: Instalation problem
Make sure you have OpenOffice shutdown Before trying to do the install. Check in Windows Task Manger for any soffice.bin or soffice.exe processes running — if there are click on them one at a time and then click the "End Task" Button. Once they are gone try installing again and see if it works.
To access Windows Task Manager use the keyboard combination Ctrl+Shift+Esc Once the Task Manager window opens click on the 'Details' tab and look for the processes in the listing provided there.
EDIT: I agree you would be better advised to switch to LibreOffice anyway.
