The most likely culprit is what we call "direct formatting" using Formatting -> Paragraph or the formatting toolbars as opposed to formatting using styles. You can get rid of that by selecting the offending paragraph, then press Ctrl+M, provided that you didn't assign another command to that key combo. Note that Clear direct formatting (Ctrl+M) will remove all direct formatting, including font size, face, italics, and whatnot.jmadams71 wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2024 5:45 am There all Calibri font at size 12. I did highlight the whole document which is 75 pages, at the moment, and tried to make everything the same ( the font, size, spacing) but it doubled the spacing at the beginning of each new sentence on parts of the document instead of making everything universal. If this all sounds confusing it is.
