Forced to save spreadsheet after copy down

Post by rdmg56v »

Hello,

For years I've was able to copy a cell down (or up or left or right) in a spreadsheet and proceed to other cells without first having to Save.

No longer; I cannot move forward unless I first Save the sheet after a copy down etc..

Either I messed up a default setting or the S/H code was changed.

Any help? I'd like to revert to my prior Copy and proceed way of work.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi and welcome to the forum!

Is it an attachment from a mail? Maybe it is read-only.
Else, try LibreOffice, it is much more actively developed.

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the 🖉 button if your issue has been fixed.
LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 25.2 portable on Windows 11.
