[Solved] Return to default opening view in Writer

Post by a.l.wat »

I must have saved something wrong!
Currently Writer opens new doc in HUGE window, displays a tiny page one can find way over in the window and it is displaying at 29% in scroll bar.
The former default showed doc was at 100% but displayed just the top half of the page and the Window was just slightly larger than the width of the new doc. This in Windows 10, much updated, current.
how do I get the default initial presentation back? Thx for any suggestions. A L Wat

View | Zoom and set to 100% or use the zoom slider on right of the status bar. You may also need to select the left page layout icon left of the zoom slider.
