Open Office version 4.1.14 on an Imac running Serria
In Draw
Format >> area>> Colors>> CMYK>>
Heres the mix
Cyan 100%
Mag 72%
Yelo 0
Black 18
As soon as you push the ADD Cyan drops to 82
Also does this in Libre office.

Any Ideas
