I am a registered user and posted a question with subject title but I am not able to check where to search my post and follow the possible answes to my problem.

here. Near the top left of the forum screen, there is a link labeled "Quick links". One of the options there is "Your posts". Click that to get links to all of your posts.

There may be a problem with the link provided above.
Your posts can be accessed through the burger menu top left (under the orb icon), then "Your posts".
It should lead to
search.php?search_id=egosearch
