Hi and welcome to the forum!

Can you be more precise?
Background transparent like it was glass?

What kind of digital signature do you want? Just a pic acting as your signature or a authenticated signature from a 3rd party supplier of identity with certificates?

NB: please keep only one question by topic, else it will quickly get confusing.

Background transparent as White.

The kind of signature is the normal signature that can be added in a pdf software.

I still don't understand your transparency issue. What makes you think that the page would be rendered differently than white (if no background color has been applied to the document)?

There is no "normal" signature. You can add a graphic "stamp" made of a png for example that will mimic your signature (most PDF applications can do that), or you can use a certified signature but it is a process related to your PDF software, not the word processor (be it Writer or MS Word).

In our company, the signature is done through an Adobe Reader feature, that imports a certificate delivered at company level and add it to the PDF to be signed.

"Pdf software": is it a PDF Reader software?

...

Is those signatures as embedded images in your document?

I am using such type of "signature" images in my document. These signatures are PNG type images of my scaned manuscript signature.
After scanning, the image has been optimize: I adjust the color depth, the resolution (dpi value) to an optimal value, then the scanned "white" paper background will get same RGB color value. Then the image will be saved in PNG file format with "transparent bakground" option. (I am using the free and small IrfanView software for this task.)

Finally I import the image into the document, and I adjust the text flow of the image. The PDF export of the document can prevent these settings.
