Hi,

We have Windows server 2019/ 2022 OS.

We are planning to use OpenOffice 4.1.10 on Windows Server,
Does OpenOffice is compatible on Windows Server 2019/2022?

Thanks,
Shyam Agrawal

No report it can't so far.
See: https://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/sou ... aoo41.html
And this query in the forum (about Windows server).

Please add [Solved] at the beginning of the title in your first post (top of the topic) with the 🖉 button if your issue has been fixed.

You would be best advised to forget about OpenOffice and use LibreOffice instead. There are several good reasons for doing this some of which can be read here: [Tutorial] Considering a Switch from OpenOffice to LibreOffice? Some Useful Information

Hi @lastunicorn,

We cannot use LibraOffice as our COTS product does not support it.

Thanks for the recommendation.

I have installed LibreOffice on Windows 19 just for testing. It opens spreadsheets, texts, drawings and databases.
