[Solved] Place photos in fixed frames, with scaling

Hello - first time participant so if this has been discussed please direct me to the thread that addresses this. I want to create a document that allows me to insert many photos, all scaleable to the same size by setting a series of photo frames in the document. I'd like the photos to scale to fit. Is this, or something like this possible in Open Office?

I really appreciate any feedback I can get
thank you

Edit: Changed subject, was photo inserts into a fixed and replicable photo frame

Hi @Msgeewee,
Welcome to t forum! I also don't know whether it was discussed before but yes, it's absolutely possible to do what you want in OpenOffice. Here's a quick step-by-step:
Open a new Writer document.
Click "Insert" > "Frame" to create your first photo frame.
To resize the frame, simply drag the edges to your desired size.
Once you have your frame, you can insert your photo by right-clicking on the frame > "Insert" > "From File" and then select your photo.
The photo should scale to fit the frame. If it doesn't, right-click on the photo > "Picture" > "Type" and make sure "Keep ratio" is checked.
You can then copy this frame and paste it as many times as you need within your document. Each new photo you insert will scale to the size of the frame.
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
