- Attempting to install the current version of OpenOffice; part way through, it presents (see attachment), which tells me absolutely nothing!
- Decided to clear out the previous (2016) version; going to do that the 4.1.14 version is shown, but with a 2016 date . . . ? Attempting to uninstall it also brings up the error message.
- So, what's to be done? Can't remove the previous version; can't install the new version . . . ?
