I want to set some kind of rule that for ex. numbers between 1-10 will have a background of let's say blue.

Use the Conditional Format feature.

Um....yes....I've googled a lot before asking for help here....and found stuff about this Conditional Format feature but not how to actually do it...I've done this before a few years ago but i can't seem to remember... short one...I know about the feature but don't know how to use the way that I want
