I know of at least three people whose profile says Monterey:

Just try it and see. No one can predict if OpenOffice 4.1.13 works on your system. Installation probably will take less time that it took me to answer your question. Read what others have said, keeping in mind that people normally come here only when they have trouble. The people with working OpenOffice systems on Monterey aren't going to post. If OpenOffice doesn't work on your system, others have suggested using LibreOffice. I have nothing further to add, except this search, which you could have done yourself.
