Need database designer in Houston

Where can I find someone to design a database in Oo Base in Houston? I have no desire to do the work, just use the results. I have a need for a database of approximately 12,000 individual pieces of data, with each one possessing about 15 fields with some being populated from drop down menus. I want each data record on the screen with the data shown in individual little Windows (like in the tutorials). Must be a simple entry and we will figure out what we want to search for and what reports will be needed.
