English Dictionary

I am just wondering if anybody might know a way to get the English Dictionary to actually recognize correctly spelled words without having to add them all, unsuccessfully, to the dictionary. I know I may mistype occasionally, but I do know how to spell properly. I find it very frustrating to see 90% of my documents with a lot of words underline in the red wavy underline indicating an incorrectly spelled word when I know it is spelled correctly. This has been happening to me for at least 5 years.
