First time here and I ask a question that can't be answered. How do you redact a few lines in a pdf?

Open the PDF file in the LibreOffice Draw application. You can make some cosmetics on the file, and then you can export it back to PDF format.

The Apache OpenOffice Draw has not such feature by default. You need to add this function by installing an extension named: Pdf Import.

Simply with a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat.
You have a comment tool inside.

Was doing it by PDFedit coz it's free. That's good to know LibreOffice Draw application can help. Give it a try now, thanks
