Hello,

The font size of my footnotes has been enlarged from 10 to 12 and I would like to make it 10 again.

I have no idea how I can accomplish this.

Can someone please help me with this?

In OpenOffice, you would select the menu Format -> Styles and Formatting. Click the left most icon near the to of the dialog to show the Paragraph styles. Find the Footer style in the list. If you do not see it, set the drop down list at the bottom of the dialog to Applied Styles to shorten the list to only the styles in use. Right click on the Footer style and select Modify. On the Font tab, set the font size.

Greetings,

Thanks for your swift reply. I am using LibreOffice Version 6.3.6.2 (x64) and cannot find what you referring to.

The menu might be View -> Styles judging from this page: https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/ ... PAR=WRITER

Many thanks for your willingness to offer swift assistance.

I have enclosed a screenshot of the procedure that enabled me to change the font size, because I am not the only one who is having a hard time finding and utilising this feature.

Even after you click Modify (cf. screenshot), finding the exact category is far from intuitive or self-explanatory.
