Cut & Paste different between OO & LO

I uninstalled OO and installed LO because of what everyone is saying, however I use a word processor to write stories. I then if the text is a large amount I save the file as an HTML and load it directly into Sigil. If I'm doing small edits to my Sigil I use PageEdit and then cut and paste the text into OO. I tried using LO and when I cut and pasted the small edits back into PageEdit it piled all of the text on top of each other. all of which can be seen at:
