Export to PDF sheet name as header

When exporting to a PDF some of my spreadsheets insert the sheet name as a header and other spreadsheets don't insert the sheet name as a header.
Could you please point me to the setting that toggles whether the sheet name appears as a header when exporting to a PDF

No that didn't work so perhaps its something to do with PDF generation rather than printing?

The settings of the Page styles are not related to the printing.
Otherwise you can create PDF version of your document by printing with a virtual PDF printer (the Windows 10 has such feature by dafault); and you can create a PDF version by usage of the Export feature of the
AOO/
LO
The selection of the sheets/ranges to print are different at theese two ways.
(And finally you can print he document on paper sheets, the you can scan them as a PDF document...

This can be set up for individual sheets by means of page styles.
The status bar indicates the active sheet's page style. In my screenshot it's "Default" which includes an active header with sheet name. Either apply the same cell style to all your sheets or modify the page style which is lacking the sheet name.
When you call menu:Format>Page... you get a dialog where you edit the properties of the active sheet's page style. Any changes apply to all sheets sharing the same page style.

I meant this: "related not only to the printing (hardcopy)", but The page styles related to the PDF export and to some other type of the export. And you can set up the page styles independently from the printing procedure.

I understand PDF export as "print to PDF file" but I may be wrong. PDF output looks like the print preview and like the stuff you get on a paper print.

In a PDF created by Writer File > Properties > Description > Title .., contains the name of the template. If the template is named something other than Default, eg Fred, then Fred appears in the PDF title bar.
