Default Template in OpenOffice Writer

On Monday I changed the Default Template following the instructions I found on the Web. Today using the same instructions I am unable to change it or restore the default setting. I am using 4.15 and Windows 10

menu:File>Template>Edit... lets you open a template for editing.
menu:File>Template>Organize... opens the dialog where you marked it as default template. Just unmark it.
