OpenOffice Spreadsheet changed file property to Excel on windows 10. How do I change multiple files back to calc?

OpenOffice Spreadsheet did nothing. A Windows 10 update has reset the file associations.

It's not a file property, it's an operating system setting. In Windows 10 search for "file associations", "default programs" or "default apps" for the settings.
