MS Word 2007

I am having a problem opening an MS Word 2007 Document with OpenOffice latest version (2.3.1). Is that MS Format in the program format yet?

LibreOffice 25.2 on Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE 7 Gigi) and 25.2 portable on Windows 11.
