not all of doc shows on download save

When I download docs from my Yahoo. briefcase, they automatically save in Open Office. When I open them the Doc is only partially shown.

There is a line( like a border or bottom of a table) at the bottom of the page and the next page is not there. Sometimes I see the top part of the letters that would be on the next line of type but I can not move the Border(?) to expand the Box (?)
By moving the taps and making the "printable area" wider, I can get more of the info to display. It seems as if I open the same doc in Works I can get the whole doc to show and then can save it works., but can not always get this to work Suggestions, Please!

You should make a sample (less than 128 kB) and upload it here. But I guess it's a frame that is longer than the page. Display the page in normal view (View>Web Layout), copy and paste the content outside the frame. It may come from a text vertically centered on the page.
