mailing problem

I use OO 2.3.1 on Win2K. I begin to use Mailing functionnality. Main time, it's ok. But to day I meet a problem by following this step :

(firstly, I enter new data in mailng list)

1 I open a writet doc model (OTT)
2 I select Mailing Tool
3 I update the filter of mailing list
4 I save the doc (step 8 of mailing steps)
OK
I open the result doc and see a mistake in data entered firstly

5 I update the mailing list and save it
6 I save new time the doc (step 8 of mailing steps)
7 I open the result doc : the data updated stays at old value.

I try to simply close all document and reopen it, without result

To solve the problem i had to quit the fast run and reopen again all the doc.

Is your "mailing list" in a spreadsheet? If so, do you use any Calc formulas?
