How to fill in forms

Post by kirlex »

Hi all,

I'm needing a little advice. I have downloaded an application form that I'd like to fill in in a different coloured font and then print. It is in Microsoft Word 97/2000/xp format. I can fill in the spaces but when I move to the next space I have to reset the font and colour each time. Is it possible to keep the same font and colour as I go through the form filling it in?

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers, Kirlex.

Form field attributes are assigned when the form is created, and each field has its own independent set of attributes. But forms are usually write-protected so the user can only fill in the fields, not change anything else about the form, and form fields are usually plain-text only. Therefore, I'm puzzled about how you're able to set font attributes in "the spaces"... are you using the form in edit mode??? Or is this just a table-formatted editable document that doesn't actually use form fields?
Cheers!
