[Solved] Printing selection under Mac OSX

Using OO 3 under MAc OSX:

I remember using previous versions that when I had cells selected in Calc and then printed I was asked if I wanted to print only the selection.
This dialog does not come up. I used this a lot. It comes up fine in NeoOffice.

Is this a bug, a deleted feature or what?

Pls advise, thx!

Nope. I just get the standard print dialog where I choose printer. The selection dialog used to come before!

I'm on a Mac too and have the exact same problem. Not only in Writer but also in calc. I really need to be able to print selections and not just all or a page list.

I downloaded neooffice 2.5.5 and I do not get a print selection option there either.

Sadly I don't have a MAc to play about with to investigate. We'll have to wait for a Mac user to come through here.

Can you confirm the behaviour that OO 3 does not allow to print selections in Calc??

A macro to print the active sheet's content only.
Depending on your selection it prints the active sheet's selected range(s), the active sheet's set up print range(s) or the active sheet's used area.

Just found the following:

When I use "print directly" the dialog comes up to choose to print all or the selection, but if I use "print" the dialog flashes for a split second but does not display!!!!
