Run-time error '429'

I run Vista and OOo 3.0

Error: "Run-time Error '429' ActiveX component can't create object" comes from VBA project at line CreateObject(com.sun.star.ServiceManager).
The reference is Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 6.0 Library, changing the reference to an earlier version doesn't change.
This is a well known error, except this time I find no solution.

The same VBA project works well in the same environment and OOo version in other machines.

I have not found a description of the same problem in version 3.0.0 although there are some descriptions in previous versions of OOo and Windows OP, referring to registry problem, which is not an issue in the current version, apparently.

Does anyone knows anything about this?

As I had to continue working, it is not a solution, I uninstalled OOo3.0, obtained a new installation package and it works again.

Following, "com.sun.star.beans.PropertyValue" is not responding as expected.
