[Solved] Perform table lookup

I have a table of relational values in my spreadsheet. One value from H8 to H18 is to be selected in G6. A corresponding value in K8 to K18 to the value chosen for G6 is to be copied into G7. The FORMAT-CONDITIONAL doesn't seem to support this maneuver. How can I achieve this maneuver? It is essentially IF G6=H8 THEN G7=K8, IF G6=H9 THEN G7=K9, etc.

Read [Tutorial] VLOOKUP questions and answers. Use 0 as the fourth parameter.

Conditional Formatting

Setting G7's value has nothing to do with formatting. Values and formats are separate cell properties. Setting the value doesn't affect the format. Setting the format doesn't affect the value.
